I reminded her that I had ordered two SMALL drinks for both kids and I only had water so one of those drinks should have been included in the meal and I should have only been charged for the other drink. I brought this to the waitress’ attention and she indicated that the meal drink was smaller. When the bill came though, we were charged though for two drinks and a meal. The food came in a reasonable amount of time and presented nicely. It came with a large hash brown patty and a small bowl of fruit (strawberries, blackberries and pineapple chunks). We ordered one kid’s French Toast plate, which was to include a drink ($7) for the two to share. She did not reply and was not particularly personable. She brought back three regular size beverages and I commented that they were not very small. The waitress came timely and I asked for two SMALL drinks for the kids and a water for myself and told her the kids were deciding what they wanted from their menu. There were no other kids in the place while we were there. I believe you have to use phone for menu but I didn’t plan on ordering food for myself. Since I had two small children with me they were given activity kid’s menus but no menu was given to me. The place was fairly busy but some tables/booths were available for 2 to 6 person parties. We were waiting for a store to open and decided to try this place out. This place is located in The Strand on Huebner close to IH10 on the end corner of a a small shopping center.
